Something I'll Read During...

(insert word here)

I have just finished reading "The Greatest Salesman In The World". However, it seems like nothing has been absorbed by this infested brain of mine. The book is good. Really REALLY good. It's just that I'm stuck on this zombie state again. Confused. Disheartened. Scared.

It is, during these times, that I should be reminded of the following:

♥ Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe you have received it, and it will be yours." -Mark 11:24
♥ The best helping hand is at the end of your own arm. When you feel you can't handle things, just put your hands together.. and pray. Remember that while we do what we can, God will do what we can't.
♥ Every king was once a crying baby and every great building was once a picture. It's not about where you are today, but where you will reach tomorrow. Be inspired.
♥ Be strong. Never tell yourself "I am tired." The more you accept that thought, the more exhausted you'll become. But if you tell yourself "I can do even more," you'll find that there are no limits to what you can accomplish. For God never gets tired of guiding you all the time.
♥ Smooth roads never make good drivers. Smooth seas never make good sailors. Clear skies never make good pilots. A problem-free life never makes a strong and good person. Be strong enough to accept the challenges of life. Don't ask life "Why me?" instead, say "Try me."

And the ten ancient scrolls to success.

♥ Today I begin a new life.
♥ I will greet this day with love in my heart.
♥ I will persist until I succeed.
♥ I am nature's greatest miracle.
♥ I will live this day as if it is my last.
♥ Today I will be master of my emotions.
♥ I will laugh at the world.
♥ Today I will multiply my value a hundredfold.
♥ I will act now.
♥ I will seek guidance. I ask not for gold or garments or even opportunities equal to my ability; instead, guide me so that I may acquire ability equal to my opportunities.

And the prayer in times of trouble.

And that this (state) too, shall pass. It always does.
